Ok.. Ppl.. Im really caught up in a dilemma.. Bout my school curriculum.. Ok.. I'll explain to you guys how's the educational system is like over here then i think you'lll have a better idea of my problem...

You see.. The year is divided into 4 quarter.. Namely, Summer, Fall, Winter and spring.. Summer's from July to bout September, Fall's from October to about Deccember, Winter's from January to March and Spring's from April to June.. The school year is basically jus 3 quarters.. And most ppl usually takes the whole summer off.. I think it's because it's like the best time of the year; weather-wise..

I'm gonna take a Transfer degree in Biology and hopefully be able to transfer to University of Washington(one of the best schools in US).. So the Transfer degree's for 2 yrs..(altogther 6 quarters)..

They go by different amount of credits.. A credit is how many hours a week for tht subject.. For example, I'm gonna take Math 099 for 5 credit for this coming winter quarter.. So i need to have 5 hours of maths per week.. For Chemistry it's 6 credits cause the extra 1 credit's for lab work.. So altogether i'll spent 5 hours in class and an hour in the lab..

I need 90 credits altogether in order to transfer to UW.. So tht's why I need to take at least 15 credits per quarter(for 6 quarters).. Anyway I've got all the subjects i need to take all planned out with the help of the academic advisors in BCC.. They're all really helpful..

Anyway the problem I have is I'm planning to take the summer off and perhaps work for a month or 2 then go back to Singapore to see you guys.. But the problem is I'll need to take some classes during my summer holidays.. So this coming June it's impossible for mi to go back to Singapore.. I need to take like 10 credits worth of classes..

That's not my only concern.. Another problem is tht i feel like taking some electives too.. Like music.. Choir or something.. It's about 3 credit.. The thing is I've will have altogther about 93 credits by the time i graduate from BCC and i dunno if i should like spent more money and time on the music course.. It's really driving mi nuts!!

Hope to have some help from you guys.. Tell mi wad to do!! Argh!!

ahhah.. And i miss you guys sooooo much.. Hopefully I can go back to see you all soon..
