It's been a while since i blogged.. Yesterday and today's pretty much the same.. The most interesting thing happening here is the snow i guess.. I got caught in the snow this morning while walking to the bus stop.. Now i know how painful when the snow goes into your eyes.. haha..

Today went to David's workplace again at value village and i bought this laptop bag for only like 5 bucks!! ahhaha.. So damn cheap right??

I also got this little comfy slipper for like a dollar!! Imagine tht!!

HAPPY THANKSGIVING TO ALL!!!

I'm not really a thanksgiving kinda person.. Cause like never celebrated it before in my entire life.. Dun really know wad it means too.. But i think it's sort of like the chinese reunion donner where everyone comes togther and have dinner.. Kinda like a pot luck thingy..

There was like tons of food and everybody was really stuffed.. Anyway tht's not the issue tht worried mi.. The main thing tht worried mi was the fact tht im gonna see so many unfamilar faces and how to react to them.. But everything ended really really well and i had a great time..

It all started a little awkward.. I was like walking around and playing with the doggie.. Called 'Goldie'..



Trying to avoid as many ppl as possible.. Then we had to gather cause we're gonna start the dinner so everyone stood in a big circle and started saying grace.. Then they said it was tradition tht everyone gotta say out wad they're thankful for this yr.. So i said i'm jus glad to be there and wad really touched mi the most is one of my cousin, named Jeffrey, said he was thankful tht I'm there cause like im the closest to his age.. Btw, he's 17 and the second oldest's in the family is like 11.. So i was pretty touched..

Then we had dinner together on the same table when we all started to talk.. They asked mi about Singapore and the army and stuff.. Then i spent some time talking to Jeff about his studies and stuff.. He turned out to be taking Biology as well!! ahha.. so there's gonna be 2 Doctors to be in the family!!! lol.. Anyway he's like damn smart.. He's got all A's for his studies.. Cool huh??

Then there's this 3 little brothers.. Kinda like Andrew, Aaron and Andre.. But they're called Taylor, Aaron and Nathan.. lol.. The second one has the same name.. lol.. But i was closest with the eldest one.. He's like 13 i think.. He's like showing mi everywhere and i even helped him to paint his figures.. he said im pretty goodl... Doing a better job than him.. Then we played a board game together.. It was really cool.. Damn complicated but fun..

Anyway im jus glad tht everything turned out fine.. Btw, all the 3 guys looks quite good.. especially aaron.. I think.. Sorry gals.. But i didnt take any picture of them.. whahah.. But lots of picture of the food!! Here you go!!

Dun ask mi wad are the different kinds of food.. I've got totally no idea too.. whhaha..



















Oh.. forgot to let you guys know.. Tomorrow's gonna be like a HUGE shopping day for the whole of US.. lol.. Everything's gonna be on sale.. I bet some of you guys must be like so excited.. haha.. bleahx!!

Ok.. I'm not gonna talk much today.. Wanna go slp soon.. It's like 1047pm now and i woke up at like 8 in the morning.. So here goes..

Woke up, had breakfast, watched a little tv then went to the shopping mall with Li-anne.. we're going to this ceramic place for like kids to paint on plates or cups and stuff.. Kinda interesting.. Took some pictures of some of the decorations in the mall.. Find them really pretty.. Though i forgot the take the picture of her 'masterpiece'..

I think this horse looks really nice.. I think the saddle is real too.. You need to pay a quarter to ride it though.. And NO!! I didn't try it.. whahah



Next up we have this picture of a reindear, a racoon and Santa Claus.. Though i find Santa looks kinda angry.. I can imagine.. standing all day.. whahha..



We went home after she's done with her plate.. And practically spent like the whole day watching scobby doo and the fairy odd parents.. You know wad!! The fairy odd parents was on for like 4 hours!! we watched them all!! Till i was like so damn sick.. An i missed my avatar again.. damn.. anywayz.. I think i like have 150 bucks now.. All my hard earned money.. lol..

Tomorrow's 'thanksgiving'.. it's a really big event in the US.. i think tomorrow I'll willbe meeting ALL my relatives here.. So exciting.. Hope everything will be ok.. I bet there will be like tons of food.. Will try to take pictures ok??

Ok.. Today's the second day of 'nannying'.. Let's see.. I woke up at bout 6 in the morning today.. Got online for a while.. Then left for the immigration to do my Biometrics..

It turned out tht the taxi drvier was a sikh!! He had this huge orange turban around his head.. Kinda look like Mr Singh.. ehhe.. And he was really friendly!! He was from India and he even lived in Singapore from like 3 months!! He ask mi where I lived and he said izzit Serangoon?? I was like OMG!! So accurate!! lol.. I think cause tht's the only place he knows.. Anyway it was quite a pleasant journey.. Took bout 1/2hr to reach the place.. And as if $36 is not enough.. The fare costs 43!! OMG!! Tht's like about 60++ Singapore dollars.. lol.. At least I got there on time..

Then the immigration was pretty fast.. Sercurity was very strict and everyone was like so serious looking.. Anyway the process was pretty fast.. Got all 10 fingerprints and my pictures taken in about 45 mins?? i think.. Then here come the hard part.. Taking a bus back to BCC.. It's like my first time taking multiple buses back to Bellevue.. Kinda anxious.. Thought i would get lost.. Anyway a old lady at the bus stop asked mi wad time izzit in Canto.. luckily my canto came in handy.. whahhah.. Then we started chatting.. In mandarin.. She's from Indonesia and she was like talking to mi bout how good Seattle is and how corrupted the Indonesian Government was.. whahah.. Anyway I gotta like change thrice to get back home..

You know.. The view of the Washington Lake was like so beautiful as we're crossing the bridge(in the bus) back to Bellevue.. Seattle is like divided by the lake.. So there's only like a huge bridge connecting the other cities together.. Will take some pics of video the next time la.. Really so beautiful i tell you.. Got like so many doves and the ripples... ooooohhh.. Orgasm.. hahah..

Finally I reached home.. And in one piece!! Then Li-anne wanted to start decorating the cookies she and Grandma made in the morning.. It was pretty fun you know.. Showing you guys my artistic and chefistic side of mi.. whhahah.. Here are some pictures..

Cause most of the Maths I've like taken it before.. Like functions and stuff.. But cant really remember.. So I think I'm gonna study abit on my maths.. If not I gotta take a extra quarter of Maths.. And it sucks.. I dun really like Math.. So wish mi luck!!

Then came home.. Played 'Battleship' with Li-anne.. First round she won then the 2nd I won.. But we got bored.. So we decided to rake up the leaves in the yard.. So we swept and swept.. Actually tomorrow there's supposed to be a lady coming to do it.. But we got it done.. So Grandma's gonna pay the both us.. hahah.. Cool man..

Anyway as i'm typing this I'm thinking of how great it'll be if you guys were here to share all these experiences with mi.. I bet it'll be million times better!!

OMG! It's a month already!! Happy First month in seattle to mi!! Today's gonna be a picture loaded day.. Just gonna show you guys some pics and explain on the way.. Dun have much time left.. Gotta slp early casue tomorrow i'm goin to the immigration to get my biometrics done.. My 'chauffeur', actually the taxi guy, will be picking mi up at 7.. So i'll be awake at bout 630am which is 1030pm Singapore time.. Aso if you wanna see mi online, It's gotta be between tht half an hour..

Ok.. As you know, My cousin came to my place today.. At bout 8.. So she started off the day watching tv.. Then i asked her if she wanted to play some computer games.. Wanted to get her addicted to KONG!! ahhaha.. But the server was down.. DAMN!! Just my luck! lol.. Anyway I let her play with some computer games for a while before i suggested goin cycling..

Then we cycled to the nearest stationary store and got some snacks for the movie later.. It was kinda fun cycling in the cold.. The rain just stopped and it was a beautiful day..

Once we're back home, we went straight to the movies to watch 'Happy Feet'.. At 11am.. We were expecting to be the only 2 person watching tht movie.. And you know wad?!?! We were almost correct.. There were another 2 more person.. So altogether there were like 4 person in the cinema including mi!! whahahha.. Pathetic.. But good.. It's free seating also.. In case you didnt know.. ahhah..

Anyway for the movie.. I would grade it a 3.5 out of 5 bites.. The graphics were stunning.. Human characters and background extremely realistic though storyline's kinda weak.. Cannot fight with 'Finding Nemo' or 'Sherk'.. Anyway you guys should still watch this movie.. It turns out tht ALL penguins are supposed to be natural born singers.. Except for the lead penguin of course.. He's born with a different gift.. lol.. ok.. shouldn't say too much.. hehe.. Oh ya!! The soundtrack's good also.. Alot of songs damn nice.. And the penguin's voice are all so nice.. Dun miss it!!

OMG!! It's already Day 30!!! In like a few hours time it'll be a month I'm gone already.. You guys have been missing out big time man.. Anyway yeaterday I didnt really blog cause like not in the mood.. Played a little KONG in the morning with Elaine then pretty much didnt do anything..

After lunch i went out to drive around.. Forgot to take pictures though.. It was like 5pm.. But the sky was sooooo dark.. So came back at round 6++ for dinner.. Then I saw KL and the dudes online.. I guess all of them are kinda busy.. So no one wanted to play KONG.. hahha.. So i jus likek pass my time watching Zoolander and The White Chick.. LOL.. oh.. Do you know tht the movie zoolander was actually banned from showing in Singapore.. Because tht storyline involves killing the Malaysian Prime Minister.. hahhaha.. Very funny.. And Ben Stiller's the lead actor.. I like him.. He's like so funny.. In the show he acted as a Male Supermodel.. SUPER himbo!! so stupid.. lol.. but funny.. He also starred in 'meet the parents' and 'meet the fockers'.. Hilarious..

Anyway today I woke up till now i've been online.. Playing some KONG just now.. Now jus bored of everything.. After like a month.. I think many things' changed.. I feel as though I'm drifting apart from the ppl I care.. But i try not to think about it.. I;ll update again when I go out or do something later in the day..

Okie.. Back from dinner and now I'm gonna talk bout wad i did later on today.. The time now is 8.04pm and im sitting by the dinning table typing this post... I went down to The Ranch(asian market) today to get some grocery with my mom while Uncle Steve and Grandma went to Homedepot to get some stuff for the house.. I think we must have spent like 2 hours or so walking through every single isle looking for whatever my mom feels like buying..

While we were at the ranch, I was so bored that i went to get a mango milkshake.. It was FANTASTIC!! I saw the guy put like a whole chunk of mango into the blender with some ice-cream and blend it together.. It was soooooo good.. But also kinda expensive.. Guess how much izzit!! hahah.. 3 bucks!! Yes.. US dollars.. lol.. Anyway I was my last of my 20 bucks.. i've like got 1 more dollar in my wallet.. Talk about being broke!!

Ok.. Something to talk about tomorrow.. Tomorrow is the day I'm gonna be a babysitter!! Remember tht say I had to go through tht ordeal to watch tht soccer game?? Since she has like the whole week off from school, she'll need someone to take care of her.. So Im free.. So we're gonna do stuff together.. Dun really know wad to do.. Kinda worried she'll be bored.. Imagine you being stuck with a boring babysitter during your holidays!! Argh!! Can DIE!!

I think tomorrow we'll watch a movie or something.. i think we're gonna watch Happy Feet!! ahhah.. Dunno if it's out in Singapore anot.. Also gonna introduce KONGKONGSEA to her.. Make her addicted to it.. Then I will have a KONG kaki over here!!! Muahahahha.. Evil mi..

Dear all.. A little announcement for all of you guys.. Today's the 28th day I'm in Seattle!! Lol.. So fast and it's going to be a month..

Next Tuesday I'll be going to the immigration to get my Biometrics done.. You know, like the fingerprint and stuff.. So next time when i come back to US i can skip the queue the go right through!! ahha..

And Tuesday is also the day I'm supposed to meet the advisor.. Hopefullly he/she can help mi.. Anyway today i woke up kinda early again..Cause Grandma gotta go for her check-up or something.. And I need to be awake for the contractors..

Spent most of the day online though.. Talked to Elaine for a while.. Played some KONG.. And later on I went to meet my mother for dinner at the 'near by' shopping centre.. Freezing my ass off in the open.. So damn cold... brrrrr...

Anyway I had Korean food.. And now I'm having some ice cream pie Grandma made.. For desert.. Wish can play more KONG!! lol.. The dudes were all tired yesterday.. Didn't really get to talk to them.. I think KL was watching 'Prison Break'.. So didnt have a chance to talk to him..

Once again.. I'm gonna say my day's not really tht exciting.. Started off the day damn early.. Like at 650am my mother woke mi up.. Cause today Grandma's supposed to go walk walk with her friend and my mom has to go to work.. So someone's gonna be home to open the door for the contractors..

It's a good thing though.. Finally got the chance to go online with my the dudes.. Really miss then sooooo badly.. Also had the chance to finally play Kongkongsea with them.. AHHAHA.. That game's really cute.. you might wanna check it out..

Anyway later in the evening, I went with Grandma to watch a concert.. One of my 'cousins' was performing.. An orchestra.. Violins, Violas, Cellos and Basses.. Quite nice.. The intermediate band was so-so.. They tried hard..Played quite a few simple pieces.. But the advance band was excellent!! The songs tht they played was really nice.. Too bad i only got the recording of the intermediate one.. Anyway.. here you go!! BTW, i still prefer band kinda music.. More variety.. lol.. Long live CONCERT BAND!!

OMG!! lol.. Im watching Spongebob Squarepants now.. so funny.. about Gary(Spongebob's pet snail) having mad snail disease then go around biting everyone in Bikini Bottom then everyone starts turning into zombies.. whahaa.. Then started an epidemic then the whole Bikini Bottom like destroyed.. lol.. So damn lame but funny..

Today's got nothing on so i think i'll be staying at home for like the whole day.. got a new pic of slash sleeping.. Yesterday, on the couch, by my side.. Kinda like Superman pose.. First of all.. I would like to congratulate myself for passing the Theory test.. haha.. This time round, I've got all 20 questions correct at one go!! Amazing!! Didnt even have to continue with the whole test (which is 25 questions).. The one in the picture below is jus the temporary card.. In a week's time, I'll be getting the actual card!! haha.. Cant wait.. Now i can like officially drive on the road!! Yippe!!



Anyway after the test I went straight home and till now im still online.. Nothing much to do.. Finally able to play KongKoongSea but the dudess are all not online.. I wanna meet them soon.. Like so long never talk to them.. But i guess i cant bring myself to wake up.. lol.. Too early.. Then I was browsing the pictures tht i have in my com when suddenly the com started playing 'Remember mi this way'.. Suddenly thought of the days when we all hanged out in Apollo or K Box.. Really makes mi miss you guys even more.. Haiz.. But wad to do? We're like million of miles away.. OMG!! Now is 'Flying Without Wings'!!! Sob Sob.. jus nice..

Jus gonna countinue to udpate this post.. Then later i went to library.. Borrow a few video.. 'Alot like love', 'Brother bear', 'Barbershop' and 'Atlantis'.. Quite a nnumber of cartoon movies.. Today is the day i take my assessment test in BCC.. It's a Eng and Math test.. Quite glad with my results.. although i like waited for half an hour for the bus again.. why am i like so 'suay' till cant seem to catch the bus jus on time!! but no matter how long i wait doesn't matter.. This time i'm prepared to battle the cruel weather..

i wore like a long sleeve shirt inside and a short sleeve on the outside.. As seen.. It's turned out pretty nice.. In case you didnt notice, it's the same red
shirt i wore when i left.. Man. tht really brings back memories..



Anyway after the gruelling 2 hours or so, I finally finished the test!! The eng was still ok.. But the Math was kinda tough.. All the stuff was covered in A maths but i guess after 2 whole yrs losing touch with your math, it's really tough to recall everything.. All the Functions and stuff i cant really recall.. so i like jus 'ti kam'.. all of the questions were MCQ anyway..

In the end, the results is as follows.. For reading, I've got 97.. For writing, 76.. for algebra, 58.. And for College Algebra, I got a 26.. lol.. i think the college algebra is something like the a maths in Singapore.. Was kinda surprised tht i got a 97 for reading though.. The passages was kinda chim.. all the polictices, weather, geography stuff... i even lost touch of how many passages there were..

Glad another burden's off my chest.. Now the next step is to book an appointment with the academic advisor and see wad he/she suggest i should start off or subjects i should take.. Tomorrow i will be doing tht i guess..

And about the car licensing thingy, it jus makes my blood boil.. i was planning to go to the car licensing thingy after the assessment but then i realised tht i did not bring the receipt with mi.. So i plan to rush home and ask grandma to drop mi of at the place then i can go home on my own.. Beacause it's getting dark soon and granny cannot drive in the dark.. It's like 430pm!! can you imagaine how much rush i was in? I can actually sweat in 8degrees.. lol.. amazing..

After frantically searching for the receipt, grandma drove mi down and know wad?? THEY'RE CLOSED ON MONDAYS!!!! ARGGGHH!! Wanna bang my head against the wall man.. you have no idea how furious i was.. lol.. So we went straight home.. Then had dinner then went online on my laptop till now lo.. like no life right..

Anyway I miss you guys sooo much.. The piture above is for those who miss mi and wanna have the lastest look of 'Kenneth'.. hahaha.. Jus kidding.. Didnt take many piture la.. lol..

Love you guys!! Today's been a most exciting and torturing and depressing day of my life..(besides the last day i get to see you guys..) I wake up in the morning, rush through breakfast, then went down to church..

The church was Unsually packed today and the Mass extended all the way till 1130++(it started at 10).. Supposed to be like an hour Mass. Then we had FREE pancake breakfast all the way till 12++

Then we made our way down to Fryers to exchange the laptop.. And Uncle Steve wanna look for a external hard drive too.. It was pretty easy to exchange.. The guy didnt ask any questions, took a look at the com then called for someone to bring the new laptop over.. When took like zillions of year.. Meanwhile, we decided to shop around and look at stuff.. Then Uncle Steve was intruiged by the idea of a new destop.. Just the CPU.. My mom was all hyped up about the 19" flat-screen monitor.. I jus wanna get my laptop back.. Looks like everyone's got something on their mind.. lol.. Anyway we stayed at fryers till bout 3.. Almost 2hours of shopping!! The worst is yet to come..

We then realised we gotta be home to pick grandma up to go watch a soccer match which her grand-daughter, my step-cousin, was playing in.. It's gonna take place in Eastlake High School.. A fancy field..

I was quite ok with the idea.. Kinda looking forward to seeing how the ppl can play in the cold and rain.. Moreover, I get to see my 'new' cousins..

The match was pretty exciting although I must say the team tht Lee-ann(step-cousin) was in wasn't really very good in offence.. Most of the time they're playing defense.. After many 'outs' and even 'extra time', they were still draw.. Then the game ended when the opponent won the penalty kick.. Close shot there!! Keep it Up!!

Tht's bout the game.. Now let mi tell you the weather then use your imagination and put them together.. I was raining the whole day.. Not really heavy but constant shower.. As we were watching the game, at the same time, i was shivering like mad because my jeans and my hands are getting wet as time passes.. I really gotta salute the gals.. Wonder how they can like survive the weather and persist on.. You've got no idea how relief I felt when we were bout to head home.. Never so glad to go into the warm car.. Can't feel my hands, feet and nose by then..

Anyway, They were playing in a American Football court.. It was huge!! And had all the markings.. I've got them in a little video..

Then, we went to this Mexican restaurant in Bellevue for dinner.. Here are some pictures of the food.. DAMN filling.. lol.. I think im beginning to like Mexian foood.. Yummy!!

Yesterday's pretty boring.. Didn't really do much.. Spent the whole day at home slacking and watching movie..

Today's a little different.. I went to Fryer's(computer store) and Uncle Steve and my mother got mi a laptop.. COMPAQ.. It's really pretty.. As I'm typing on the new computer.. Finally I've got a computer of my own!! But guess wad!! I jus realised there was a broken pixel on the screen!! Can you believe it!! OMG!! I think tomorrow I gotta go back to Fryers to change the laptop..

You know.. everything in US can be returned.. Even like after using for a year!! Imagine tht.. lol.. Oh ya.. Gotta let you guys know bout this salesman from Fryer's..

We were like browsing around for the laptop.. Then this salesman came and helped us.. he's really helpful and friendly.. I was quite fond of him.. Although he introduced something I didnt really liked, I believed he had a good intention..

So we finally decided on the laptop and went to this computer with him to like do the transaction.. Then he started talking bout extending the warrenty.. Bout Uncle Steve and I are pretty sure we dun wanna extend the warrenty but he was like keep persisting we should.. And when we stand very firm with our decision, his face totally cahnged.. He was like suddenly transformed into another person.. All the 'good guy' act is over.. He like suddenly turned so cold and like sulked the whole journey to the cashier.. AMAZING!! I cant believe someone could like change so fast.. This shouldn't be the way to treat a customer!!

But nevertheless.. I'm glad we finally got rid of him.. Phew.. Then now this stupid pixel thing gotta happen.. That means I gotta go to the store tomorrow again.. I hope he wont be there!! lol..

Gosh!! Look at how time flies!! It's already been like 20 days since I'm here.. Dunno why but I kinda feel a little depressed.. Kinda sad.. Dunno why.. I think perhaps it's because i kinda feel that my friends are like drifting away from me.. Perhaps I'm not that important to them as i thought I was... hmm...

Nvm bout tht!! Still gotta blog.. I'll try to blog daily ya?? Anyway today, as usual, there were like ppl in the house pounding away and the poor Slash was terrified.. Poor kitty.. Then I went to BCC for some advising thingy.. As I was waiting at the bus-stop freezing my ass off (btw it's like 11 degrees) and I waited for like mins... Guess wad I saw!!

Why would someone wanna throw a condom(moreover a used one) just beside the bus-stop?? If you looked closely in the picture of the bus stop, it's the little white thing jus infront of the bus-stop.. On the grass patch.. It must be some kinda wild party goin on around the bus -top last night!! haha

Remember the pretty trees I showed you guys? all the pretty leaves and stuff.. Well, look at what's become of the tree..





Anyway I attended the advising class thingy.. Got to learn abit more bout the sch and stuff.. Going to speak to a academic adivisor and see how it goes.. Wish mi luck!!

The weather here's getting more and more depressing too.. By 5 in the noon, it's like absolutely dark.. Makes mi feel sleepy all the time.. Got a picture but I think it'll be too dark to see it.. So nvm..

Opps.. I totally forgot to blog yesterday.. Nothing much really.. Pretty much stayed at home the whole day except for going to the library.. And guess wad? I borrowed 6 movies!!

It's been qute depressing lately.. The weather here is getting pretty bad.. Alot of the places are like flooded to the knee level.. Today's paper, there was a guy checking out his refridgerator when he was submerged to his knee level and the fridge was floating in the middle of nowhere.. Thank God my area isn't flooded!!

It's like been raining for the past few days and it's really been a while since i saw the sun.. Not really tht cold though..

Today, I went down to the paint shop and got our paint.. It costs 88 bucks for 2 gallons!! Amazing.. I didn't know paint costs sooo much.. Then we went down to Bellevue Square.. So huge.. Although it's only 2 levels.. Forgot to take pictures again.. Had a 1 dollar burger at Mac's then I went to another place..

Guess wad!! I went to TOPS again!! LOL.. And i saw this bunch of apples tht really caught my attention.. you see, I've never really saw apples THAT shiny before.. It's like eating some wax apples.. lol..



Just had my dinner and Slash was lazing on the couch the whole day.. Can you call a cat lazing on the couch the whole day a couch potato?? Perhaps.. Look at how 'shiok' he looks..

To be frank with you guys.. Believe it or not, it's been 16 days in Seattle.. Feels like an eternity.. I'm kinda lazy to blog.. Miss all of the ppl so badly.. I kinda lose interest in like blogging..

Nevertheless.. For the ppl who wanna get to see USA better.. In the morning I went down to the paint shop.. OMG!! SO many diff colours!! Take a look for yourself!! Getting new colours for the downstairs.. When it's completed..



Then we went down to Fryers.. Kinda like a mega-huge mall for all the electronical stuff.. Like PC, Labtops, MP3s etc... Uncle Steve's planning to get a labtop for mi.. He asked mi if I'll prefer a mobile computer or a stagnant one.. Of course I would say a mobile one la.. Can do homework and stuff on my bed or in my room.. So thoughtful of him.. Anyway, here is a picture of Fryers..



Wonder how does the interior looks like?? Well.. They have these super-high sleves tht's all the way to the celling.. Look at video and pic and you'll see what I mean.. It's like a Sim Lim Square all squashed onto a level and spralwed all across.. I prefer Sim Lim anytime!! Dun havr to walk so much! lol..
